Technological challenge:

Monetizing oil and gas from remote or small fields

DESCRIPTION: The development of technologies for small gas fields faces the challenge of high capital costs required for the construction of stationary infrastructure for field development and gas utilization. This requires the search for more efficient solutions, taking into account limited reserves and the remote location of facilities.

EXPECTED RESULT: Equipment and facilities.

CURRENT LIMITATIONS:

1) The distance of the fields from existing infrastructure facilities makes their connection and exploitation more difficult.

2) Insufficient development of local infrastructure limits the possibilities for transportation and processing of the extracted gas.

3) High capital costs for the construction of stationary facilities make the operation of small fields unprofitable.

4) Lack of efficient solutions for disposing of dissolved gas during the interim storage period until final use, resulting in potential revenue loss.

POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS: Design and fabrication of modular/mobile equipment adapted to the conditions of remote fields.
